One Child, One Heart, One Sanctuary at a Time
Creation is calling, and the urgency to act has never been greater. Climate change and environmental destruction threaten our world, but as Kiwanians, we believe that even the smallest efforts can create ripples of lasting impact. On Kiwanis One Day 2023, the Kiwanis Club of Stunning Davao joined the global celebration with a mission to nurture a Green Generation. At the Cleanergy Park in Punta Dumalag, a sanctuary for the endangered Hawksbill Turtle, volunteers and children came together for coastal clean-ups, mangrove planting, and environmental education. Through their "Nature Warriors" initiative, Kiwanis Club of Stunning Davao empowers children to take ownership of their environment, fostering a deep connection with nature. As young hands planted trees and removed plastic waste, a movement was born—one that secures the future of our planet in the hearts of the next generation. A single act of care today ensures that tomorrow’s world remains a sanctuary, proving that change begins with one child, one heart, and one sanctuary at a time.

Empowering Future Innovators
Kiwanis Power City’s Commitment to Education Since 2022, the Kiwanis Club of Power City has been dedicated to bridging the educational gap in underserved communities through innovative learning experiences. Recognizing the challenges rural areas like Bonbonon face in accessing quality education and technology, the club has taken proactive steps to introduce students to modern learning opportunities. On January 25, 2025, in collaboration with Kiwanis International - Division 4B and the MSU-IIT Center for Mechatronics and Robotics, the club brought the Robotics Showcase to Sultan Mamarinta Integrated School. This groundbreaking initiative exposed students to the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), giving them hands-on experience with robotics and inspiring them to explore careers in innovation and technology. For many, it was their first encounter with robotics—an experience that sparked curiosity and broadened their aspirations. By making technology more accessible and fostering a culture of learning, Kiwanis Power City is shaping the next generation of engineers, inventors, and problem-solvers. Through strategic partnerships and a steadfast commitment to education, the club continues to empower young minds, ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to dream, learn, and thrive in the ever-evolving world of technology.
